Unable to play other audio sources, like videos through BusA, but Mics and vMix Guest work fine through Zoom.

I have vMix set up on two computers, but I only use one at a time. I installed vMix on a new ASUS computer and loaded the existing preset for a live show using Zoom and 2 vMix guests. Identical setup on both computers. The setup works with Zoom and with no audio issues for the older computer, but the new computer won't play video sources through Bus A. vMix mixer shows it's playing, but nothing through Zoom. Mics and vMix Guest can be heard through Zoom.

Can someone help or give me some insight?

Is Bus A activated on the video input in the Audio Mixer? If yes, check the Audio Matrix in the Audio Settings of the video input.

Yes Bus A is active and I've changed the Matrix several ways and still nothing. I added another microphone with no problems. It's just the audio from video sources. Thanks for your reply, can you suggest anything else I'm missing?

make sure you have original sound turned on in your zoom client you are sending vMix to, and echo cancellation off or set to minimum. by default zoom will pass spoken content and filter music...

Remember that recording adn streaming will use the master audio. The outputs 1-4 can be used with different audio, though. Use the correct Audio Bus on the output settings. I personally like to use a seperate Bus when I use NDI so that I have full freedom from local record and stream. Might be set to something unexpected. Please check.
Settings -> Output/NDI/SRT -> Output x cog -> audio channel dropdown
