Twitch competitive stream delay

Hello,
I work with a college eSports team, and right now, we stream by having vMix cast to OBS, then OBS streams to Twitch. In OBS, we setup a delay to deter cheating. I was wondering if there is an automatic way in vMix like how we use OBS? OBS has an automatic way of doing this.

In vMix 26 you can go to stream settings, then quality settings and add in a stream delay
If you are on vMix 25 you can achieve the same using the Video Delay input and audio delays but it is much more complicated - though also more flexible.
