I'm experiencing an issue with audio during calls.

The user connects and the audio and image are perfect. After about 5 minutes the audio starts to fail. The feeling is that the audio is arriving in pieces (chopped).

This problem happens only with some guests. The detail is that in other tools, such as Zoom, Google Meet and VDO Ninja, the problem does not happen.

Do they have something in common. Same antivirus, same network.

Have you tried in Chrome. Safari might not be the best choice.
