vMix relies's on ffmpeg for streaming, So whenever ffmpeg groups implement it then I would be supported. There are 2 new codec's H265 which requires licensing. AV1 which does not require licensing. Most manufacturers will probably go with AV1 once final specs will be released due to cost. AOMedia Video 1 (AV1) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AOMedia_Video_1

Quando é que o VMIX colocará o AV1 como encoder para melhorar a transmissão ja que no brasil não temos uma internet com line up barato como nos USA e PAISES DA EUROPA E ASIA.

To solve it, try the following steps: 1. Open your preferred browser 2. Paste this URL ms-windows-store://pdp/?ProductId=9n4wgh0z6vhq (it will open the Microsoft Store) or go to https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9N4WGH0Z6VHQ3. Install the component and open vMix. Done, try now and you will see that it looks and sounds without problems. Some comments say that Microsoft in some countries has to pay 1 dollar, in Argentina they did not ask to pay absolutely nothing.

With 4k becoming more of a desire, encoding in H.265 would require half of the bandwidth than 264. It would be extremely nice to do this natively.
