We have been asked to evaluate worship software for our church online presence. We have been using vMix successfully for a few years. We have 4 PTZ type cameras and one is an NDI camera and three are HDMI cameras. We also use a laptop with HDMI input into vMix for PPT use.
There is one person who would like to use ProPresenter and one would like to use EasyWorship.
Does anybody have experience with comparing the two while using with vMix?

EasyWorship doesn't hold a candle to ProPresenter. EW6/7 came a looong way from 5 but PP is still better in practically every regard.

Biggest difference- in PP you can define an outrageous number of outputs whether virtual (NDI) or physical (GPU output, Decklink, etc).

EW basically gives you 1 for each type of content and that's it.

Happy to go into more specifics if you have any. Both work well integrated into vMix via SDI or NDI.

The Easyworship software was developed thinking about a workflow that is as easy as possible to allow for the smallest learning curve considering the environment of churches where most of them receive help from volunteers.

Easyworship has been improved to allow Ministries with a large number of churches to easily distribute content (videos, audios, images, announcements) to their various branches using the compression and extraction feature.

Both software allow to use during an evaluation period. The challenge would be for each stakeholder to carry out a validation period to identify the advantages and disadvantages in the context of the local church and for the Ministry.

Thanks. After doing some "YouTube research" it sounds like EasyWorship has a shorter learning curve, but ProPresenter has more functionality. The other part of my question deals with the integration to vMix, and it sounds like there should be no problem doing that with either product.

One question that was asked was about export/import. That is, for either software, can you work at home and export your work and save to a memory stick, then bring it to the main computer and import the saved file?

I recommend ProPresenter.

Anyone can use the free version to create (save and load) presentantions (on Windows / Mac) and only when presentantion is presented to crowd paid version is needed.

Yes, you can easily export presentantions from ProPresenter and import them.

ProPresenter has great support too. Bugs are fixed rapidly.
