Bought the Intensity Shuttle USB 3.0 and a Nikon D3200, after getting a refund of two cameras. After that, I connected the Intensity to my laptop(Windows 7) via USB 3.0 and, then, the Nikon's HDMI out to the Intensity's HDMI In. Everything connected, I went to vMix and no capture camera was available.

I don't really understand why it didn't work.

Thanks for your help.

Have you:
1. checked that the Shuttle will work with your Laptop? BM only supports a limited number of brands/models
2. Installed all of the BM drivers/software and ensured that they are working?

My laptop is a Lenovo Y510p and I don't really know how to tell if it's compatible.

Please also read Page 86 of the camera's manual VERY CAREFULLY. http://cdn-10.nikon-cdn....anuals/dslr/D3200_EN.pdf
