Hi I was wondering if it is possible at all to edit the link/password on a new file to reuse an existing password to log in for the remote guests?

I have a client with 'several' people coming in remotely to a conference and they are not really forthcoming about how many will be on each remote panel at once and getting links to them, not so easy as they won't let me communicate directly.

I have a plan of course to get around any limitations but it would be handy if it was at all possible.

YES, it is possible if you use the "Append" option for adding Inputs from another Preset.

The Simplest way is just dont create a password everytime and send to your client.

I have created a Call manager which has been running now for over a year as Part of RProducer set of tools for VMIX, see info/demo in post below

The Call manager is a web based service that allows your client to visit a branded entry page, with various opton to enter form details,
Once they enter they are then held in a queue system where you can view in a control panel, and then display to client either display connect button for them to presss to connect to any channel you selected or push them live into your selected channel.

very simple to use and very effective.
