-Added button for resetting trim in and out on Properties Window

-Added checkbox to update multiple selected rows on Properties Window

You are now able to update properties for multiple row:
select first item then hold the SHIFT and CONTROL key to select multiple items
keep holding on the SHIFT and CONTROL and double click the column of any of the selected rows to open the property editor
Click the checkbox next to the fields you wish to update.
Note: retiming is calculated from the first item selected
you can also use CONTROL key only if you wish to select that way .
