Mackie ProFX12 USB not connecting - Neither the Mackie Control Panel nor vMix can connect to the Mackie mixer

I have installed the latest USB driver update 4.67.0 for the Mackie ProFX12
I turned off/ disabled the Mackie on Windows Sound Devices
Re started, uninstalled and reinstalled the Mackie USB drivers again.
disconnected and reconnected the mixers USB cable and powered it on and off several times.
Restarted the PC and vMix several times.
Assigned the MACKIE ASIO on the output and on a new input but nothing.

Nothing seems to be working

Any help would be appreciated.
