Hello
I want to do a set-up using a Streamdeck to easily change Team calls during sessions.
I have made 4 "caller" inputs where I want to put in the 8 or more callers that are there.
I thought Dynamic input would be a good choise here but it seems like it is not working.
Follow my process. Let's say the empty callers are input 1-4 and the real callers are input 5-12

Configure companion button : 'vMix: General - Set Dynamic Inputs and Values' - value 5
Configure companion button : 'vMix: Layer - Set Input as Multiview Layer' - multiview input 1 - layer 1 - input to use Dynamic1

I have tried to set this up in vmix itself but no luck there.

Any luck here maybe ?

Not working with vMix shortcuts (AFAIK), but working in Companion.

Are you sure you have selected "Dynamic Input" as type on this Companion action? Won't work if set to "Dynamic Value".

What's your Companion version?

Workaround is to use custom variables in Companion instead af Dynamic Inputs.

It's on 2.3.0.
Can you explain how to work with these custom variables ?

When editing buttons, there is a "Variables" tab. Create a custom variable (just give it a name you like), copy it to clipboard. As action use "internal: set custom variable value" instead of vmix: Set Dynamim input. On second button use your custom variable (clipboard) as Input to use on layer.
