I have a major question, we been using the program for months now, and paid for the subscription.

However few days ago, when the update was available, i did it, and all the Titles /XAML disappear, and are no longer there to provide titles for the person behind the live.

Need help ASAP!

What update are we talking about ? Lastest available update version has been there for more than a couple of days ago.
What license? How did you update ?
What does "for the person behind the live." mean ?

Hi duraktw,

This can sometimes happen if other applications were running in the background during the update install.

Please download and install vMix again directly from our website:
https://www.vmix.com/software/download.aspx

And make sure all programs are closed before doing so.

The issue can also be caused if your system has multiple graphics cards:
https://www.vmix.com/kno...-inputs-show-up-as-blank
