Windows' AeroPeek can be detrimental to a Full Screen display, so vMix should automatically disable it via the registry value either when Full Screen is active, or when vMix is active.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM\EnableAeroPeek DWORD Disable = 0 Enable = 1

I don't think full on AeroPeek disable is necessary, but I think Fullscreen windows with "On Top" enabled should also have DWMWA_EXCLUDED_FROM_PEEK flag set to True.
