HELP! I cannot play any video files on my vMix 8. Though when I input a video file, its audio plays, but the video is only black. Is it a compatibility issue? My laptop has 2.2o GHz Dual Core Processor, 2.0 GB (1.72 Useable) RAM, 64- Bit Operating System, 384MB Total Available Graphics Memory, 256 MB Dedicated Video Memory, 0MB System Video Memory and 128 MB Shared Video Memory. Please help! Thank you very much!
