Fluctuation audio while using Vmix live streaming

Hi everyone,
Can someone help me, With my audio live streaming using Vmix, Because We got some error while do the live streaming like fluctuation audio.
We setup our computer and installed a CAPTURE CARD, Model name is "Magewell Pro Capture Quad HDMI Card (4 Channel)", And Live Production Software,

It would help if you could elaborate on what you mean by "some error" and "fluctuating audio", and how your audio was configured in vMix. Assuming you can reproduce the problem, screen-grabs of the audio mixer and/or either a link to the stream (to listen to), or an upload of a section of the audio which exhibits the issue, would both be useful.
