Good day to all

Please forgive my ignorance.
My PC: Intel 7th gen 7800X (4.0Ghz, 15M Cache, 12x cores) CPU
MSI X299 Raider LGA 2066 USB 3.1 DDR4 Motherboard
MSI GTX 1050ti 4gb Gaming X GDDR5 Graphics card
DDR4 16GB 2400mhz Quad Channel High performance RAM
2x 120GB Ultra-fast 240GB SSDa Raid 0 upto 900mb/s
1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache HDD
Integrated 8 channel HD Audio
Integrated Gigabit network
Windows 10 64bit professional

My router: D-link DIR 825
My POE switch: 4 ports
IEEE 802.3 10 Base-T
IEEE 802.3u 100 BASE-TX
IEEE 802.3ab 1000 BASE-T
IEEE 802.z 1000 BASE-X
IEEE 802.3x FLow control

Vmix version: x64

Capture Devices: 2x Blackmagic Decklink mini recorder USB/SDI. I only use the one at the moment, connected to a Panasonic MDH-3 Camera

NDI devices: Birddog eyes p100
Skaarhoj AirFly for Vmix
Vmix desktop capture to overlay lyrics onto the Video

We are a church and we stream live to YouTube and Facebook Simultaneously. YouTube H264 1080p 4.5mbps sound 128kbps and Facebook H264 720p 3.5mbps 128kbps
My problem started when I hooked up the NDI devices. The GPU started to give overload signals and after a while the video and sound would start to lag.

Do I need to upgrade the GPU or the router? Are there some settings that I can change? Please help, I have bought these NDI devices, but I can't use them without causing lag.

I've done more involved production with a GTX750 TI, so I doubt the GPU is the problem.

There may be other optimizations that are possible. Check your vMix logs to see if they can provide some direction.
