Declink Quad 2 and external outputs - Declink card doesn't work first time

Hi All.

I have two Vmix servers with Declink Quad 2 cards in each. I am using both external outputs on vmix to output via the Declink cards.

The problem is everytime I start the external outputs they don't seem to work, I have to turn the outputs off and then back on.

This happens on both servers, can anyone shed some light on what might be causing this?

I am experiencing this as well on both a Decklink Duo 2 card and 8K Pro card. I am also getting dropped frames on input and output as well as audio glitches. I wonder if there's something going on with the Blackmagic cards as it relates to vMix.

We have this issue on all our machines (over20) with decklink cards, no matter what type of pc (laptop, desktop)
this on all BM decklink drivers since 11.x and 12.x
i wrote to support some time ago, but they wrote back that they had never heard of such a thing.
by now every operator knows that he has to switch the external output 2x, after vmix is started.
our external clients, which control the vmixes, have this function programmed in :-)
