I have kept our version of vMix 4K up to date by downloading when prompted in the lower left of the screen. We are now on 25.0.0.9 The documentation suggests this uses NDI 5, but when looking at the file structure I see an NDI version 4 but no version 5. Is this something I should download by hand. The ads suggest this will come down automatically

Vmix does not install the NDI Tools only the library. You have to download the tools manually to update to the latest.

OK - many thanks - danke -
Question: I assume we would just bring them into an NDI 5 directory and run as needed. I also assume this would not change anything for normal vMix operation. Is this correct?
