Last month entering this into a browser worked:
http://127.0.0.1:8088/api/?Function=Fade&Duration=1000

I installed a new copy of vMix yesterday and tried it again. This time the browser window says: Function Completed Successfully. But VMIX does not execute the action, no fade occurs. This is on 25.0.0.31 - I might have been running 25.0.0.29 before?

Any thoughts?

Working fine on multiple systems here.

Perhaps it is controlling a different vMix, restart the system to make sure only one vMix is running.

That was exactly it. There must have been another vMix running in background somehow. Rebooted, it all works now. Thanks!
