Hi ... i'm trying to create Simple Apps something like PlayOut Actually it's only a client which control vMix Playlist Input in vMix Engine The goals of this apps is to separate PlayOut Operator from vMix Engine So vMix Operator can focus to Camera Input or another Capture.PNG (1,128kb) downloaded 37 time(s).Feature - Load all video in Playlist input - Select, Play/Pause, Cue, Auto Next, Loop - Read Time Code (duration, count up, count down) Tasted: - Windows 10 - vMix 23.0.0.60 x64 (Trial) How to Use https://youtu.be/x25C0DDJ1Ow- Open vMix Sofware - Create PlayList Input (You can create more than 1 PlayList Input) - Open Draco vMix PlayOut - Type vMix IP Adress, type localhost if it's on the same Machine - Pust vMix Button to Connect to vMix Engine - Select Input (PlayList) - Select Video on List - Play It Here's the link for those who wish to give it a try Draco vMix PlayOutPlease let me know if you have any question Best Regards Gilar

Hi, I have been testing this app, .... it is a bit sluggish in updating, but the files play even though the app has not yet updated to show the correct file being played....sometimes it will not update at all, until; the clip playing is paused or stopped....The countdown seem to be same as vMix. I wish that the inputs would show the name of the input as well, rather than just the input number only...(eg...I have a list on input 4, and the input is named PLAYER 1, I have to search for player 1 on vMix to see what the number is in order to select it)....It is a good little app, just needs some tweeking....
Thanks

This software looks good but its not what I am looking for.
I would suggest that you please use the correct name for your app, it is for controlling LISTS not Playlists. Playlists are a completely separate and far more powerful list playing system than the LISTS part you are controlling.
So I am looking for something that controls PLAYLISTS and specifically something that can work out the duration of a playlist and shows the remaining time for it, rather than just the current time, duration etc.
Looks good, but useless for me.
Small tip guys, if you use LISTS you have no control over the audio level of each clip, you cannot change a duration, and you can not choose a transition between the clips. With Playlists (has its own button along the button) you do. Playlists are quite clunky to use, and understanding how to have multiple ones needs investment in learning, but the control is worth it. Also, Playlists can combine static graphics as well as video, so its particularly powerful and useful in many circumstances.
If anyone knows of an app that makes PLAYLISTS more easy to use and provide cumulative timers, please let me know. Thanks.

So you need something that can show the per item duration or total inside vmix or outside and to any clip change "on the fly" it`s duration, order of clips in realtime without the playlist limitation, by real world time reference? My personal solution to this is the 3rd party program vscheduler for vmix https://forums.vmix.com/...e-way-for-vmix-scripting it has some things not completed and some bugs but for me is perfect. I have the vmanager part in which i can combine videos, audios, image and play complete or duration in any vmix channel like pgm1 or at any of the 4 overlays and see and set the duration of any clip, what time starts-finishes and when it plays inside vmix i can see the remaining time. Then this remaining time or the actual clip name that is in pgm, it can be used for example in scripting or bitfocus companion triggers to do actions. Also about the audio per item, you can do things in auto way by using triggers in bitfocus companion. So if you need for example to low or up audio in a specific clip when it plays into pgm,you can make a trigger in companion that "when this clip name on pgm,do this action". It is very stable and can work 24/7 for days and months without problems and it is free and you can set transition between clips. Although im not a programmer and the actual programmer abandoned the project so there are some non complete things. For example it cannot play directly vmix list inputs or a GT title in direct way but there exist workarounds. For these 2 last, there is a paid "fork" of this idea that can also play these things. As i remember the old version didnt have copy-paste-insert like the free vscheduler but i think these are now have been implemented in the new version https://forums.vmix.com/...NEW-vMix-Scheduler/page2 personally im using the other vscheduler for 2 years and no need to test the other new version But i think both worth a look for a replacement like the playlist in vmix
