I would love to see some changes in Call Manager, in particular:

  • Clear indication that a client is not connected. At the moment intermittent issues, camera and mic being disabled and a complete disconnection all result in the status bar being shown in red. It would be great if there was either another colour or an icon shown when the call is disconnected. You could infer that from the bitrates (which imo should also disappear completely after disconnection, not just show 0) but an easy way to distinguish that at a glance would be great. It's easy to miss the log message sometimes.

  • On that note, camera and mic status indicators. These would be great for troubleshooting a call, to know whether they're just disabled or physically not working, not given permissions etc. Clearly the data's there because it's in the log, but again, it can be easy to miss with 8 people constantly switching theirs on and off as they please. Possibly an option to disallow the caller to toggle the camera and microphone?

  • Add all the aforementioned status indicators to the API as well, would be great to have that info spat out onto a Stream Deck control surface.

  • Separate the log from the chat, so that a message from one of the callers doesn't get buried by countless cam enable/disable notifications. Possibly "errorlevel" filtering? One for connections/disconnections, one for critical connection errors, one for non-critical errors and connection info, one for camera/mic enable/disable. Mostly how they're already distinguishable by colour, but with filters.

Love some of the new features in vMix 25, by the way, keep it up.
