Fullscreen Output via graphics card

What is the trick to getting a full resolution output from vMix outputting to an output on the graphics card? When I click fullscreen whatever I send seems to be a low resolution output, i.e. graphics are not smooth and video is pixelated the multiview text is low res and difficult to read. When I output via my BMD Decklink Duo 2 card the resolution looks perfect.
I have tried searching and everywhere says to just turn it on but no mention of the low resolution problem.
Is this just not possible?

Well, it’s a preview... and like most multiviewers, things are resized in real time so you will lose quality.
If it’s really bad, double check your Windows display settings and set the scale to 100%. Sometimes you have to restart VMix afterwards.

I understand with the multiviewer that things are resized, what I am talking about is quality degradation on the fullscreen option when I select output. Scale settings are correct, monitor is actually same resolution and frame rate as vmix project windows is seeing monitor as same resolution and outputting at 100%

The Fullscreen output on vmix is not intended to be an audience facing tool. For high quality outputs you should be going via the external outputs button. Here you can output via NDI,as a local camera output or to an output card. If you want a high quality consistent output on the local machine use NDI and studio monitor.
Hope that helps.
