How do I know what Browser Version to pick in the input section under Web Browser? My Chrome is version 100.

The options available are what are built into vMix, not what you have installed. Generally, picking the highest version should work. vMix keeps the older versions for backwards compatibility (in case there's some strange edge case with css/js that breaks on a newer version).
