I have 3 Panasonic ag-cx350 with Panasonic AJ-WM50P Dual-Band Wireless Module cameras and I want to connect them wirelessly (Wlan) to Vmix. But I am unable to make them communicate to Vmix.

Usually rtsp protocoll should do it.
Try VLC first and if that works it will in vMix as well.
