Hi All,

As this is not the first time I experience a livefeed with a horrible sound I would like some feedback on what might cause this. It is not a stream of mine so I dont know settings but its through Livestream and has nothing to do with vMix but thought it might be interesting to learn from it. I do appologize for the lack of more info

Here is small recording of it

thanks

Sounds like it may be audio from the camera's mic.

The most accurate answer would come from the broadcaster, so if that is an option, I would try and contact them and inquire about their set-up.
To me it sounds like it might be a mobile phone broadcast over the cellular network and Livestream has an app for that (my cell phone sounds like that sometimes).
The broadcaster probably has little or no control over the quality in that regard.

Sorry been trying to contact the producer but no info on that (yet).
Later on it was better and from what I could read in the chat ( different language) someone said something about audio pin camera .
So maybe it might have been due to camera mic.

I doubt it was a a mobile broadcast though as said once saw another stream ( also livestream) but then there were bad echo's to hear (kept repeating over and over )

sounds to me like too little audio freq and bw combined with a constant hum which makes encoding even harder for the encoder.
