This would be a great feature request. Right now there's no way to Fullscreen preview either of those (the way you can with an input). You'd need to use a Fullscreen output (or with the v25 beta your output can be an input from which you could large preview).

move mousepointer over the deviding line between inputs and preview/output (it will change shape)click and drag up or down and release
