We are streaming to Facebook and Youtube. Any ideas what might be causing our Facebook stream to randomly drop sometimes?

Information : people have to guess what a problem might be without knowing anything about the situation is like?
- what do you mean by drop
- What are your streaming settings
- how did you setup the stream (direct or custom rtmp)
- your internet connection

just to name a few
