It was being caused by slight (less than 1 frame) timing differences between vMix and FFMPEG and
can be safely ignored.

* Using API to select Input by name will now match either the full title as displayed in vMix
or the custom title in Input Settings
* Fixed frame rate matching bug in Instant Replay with some 59.94/60p sources

* Fixed bug where wrong information was being displayed in Streaming URL and Stream Key
when switching between profiles while [2] or [3] are selected.
* Fixed replay bug where clicking Remove in right click menu would remove event even if No was selected.
* Added support for ProRes videos with alpha channel. May need to toggle Premultiplied Alpha
setting in Input Settings depending on how video was rendered.
* Added more error handling for systems where a broken audio device in the system results
in the Add Input -> Audio Input dropdown box to be blank.
* During install, vMix Social icon would be created even if it was removed by the user.
Now it will only be created the first time vMix is installed.

Check the tickbox in the Streaming Settings window to try it.
It supports NVENC, which means most recent NVIDIA cards should work (7xx,8xx,9xx series and some high end 6xx series as well)
* Improved FFMPEG recording performance across the board due to a couple of bug fixes.
Should see lower CPU and memory usage.
* Added MIDI template for the AKAI APC40 MK2 controller
The AKAI controllers are particularly nice in that they include a T-Bar like A-B control.
* Fixed bug where Shortcuts Advanced Triggers do not activate when buttons pressed in Web Controller or via MIDI.
* Made sure Stinger transitions will always start from the beginning regardless of "Restart with transition" setting.
* vMix Video Indexer renamed to vMix Video Tools and can now be used to create Image Sequences out of video files as well.

* Removed "FlipEx" performance mode for input previews.
Compared to previous versions, it reduced render times, especially when using 50p frame rates and higher.
Unfortunately it can also cause the Windows Desktop Window Manager to use large amounts of CPU and lock up temporarily when scrolling
the inputs window, so it has been disabled until a better solution can be found for vMix 17.
