Anybody use one of these yet? What kind of latency do you experience? Also I want to capture a odd 21:9 resolution with an additional card, will this card handle 2560x1080?

Hi

I do not own it but I used it once. Did not notice any particular latency.

Here is the link for technical specs:
https://www.blackmagicde...klink/techspecs/W-DLK-33

21:9 format is not natively supported but you'll have enough pixels to capture it. However can't tell you if such a resolution will be accepted by the capture card as it does not conform to conventional video formats.

Thanks for the info, my usage is for video game streaming so a few frames latency is ok, just didn't want to deal with a card that may have slow onboard encoding like the Elgato HD60 (non s) had. As far as the resolution I was going to get one for my 4k camera anyway so I will start with one, test it with the 21:9 resolution and if it works ill order a 2nd, if not Ill keep using the NDI method that I am using now.

I think NDI capture of your screen is a better option with more control over the source 21:9 resolution.
With a capture card, if ever it works, you will need to add black borders or the image will be distorted.

@siroki - a little late, but are you using both in the same computer? any driver issues?
