Used to be Skyreach 4 Mini. I have 2 streaming computers built with them. High quality. But they are no longer made.

My current favorite is the Dan A4-H2O, with AIO cooler. I have an AMD 7900X3D processor with a single slot nvidia quadro, and a Magewell 4 port HDMI capture card in it, on a mini ITX motherboard. The motherboard only has a single PCIe slot (because it's mini ITX) so I use an m.2 to x4 PCIe adapter for the capture card. Works well.

An awful lot of capability packed into a tiny case.

So you have the Magewell Card on the PCIe Adapter?

Yes. So far it has worked well.

Just for reference, this is the m.2 to PCIe adapter I use with this case:

I got the R42UR variety, in the 30 cm length.
