[FIXED in vMix 27.0.0.58b] BUG: Transitions longer than 9999ms gets truncated silently to 1000ms..

Still, now with vMix 27.0.0.55 Beta (and older versions) it just ignores the user input over 9999 and set it silently to 1000 ms..
