Can the Presenter and screen share from a zoom input be shown in two saperate layers of an input ?

On your first zoom input select the zoom caller and Participant Source Type as video, and on the second input select the same zoom caller and then the participant source type as Share. Now you'll have the webcam of the user and the screen share as two separate inputs. From there you can do what you want with layers, etc. (per your original question).
