Between segments we record it would be nice if the technical personnel could talk to each other while the talent had there own conversation to prepare for the next block. Is there a way to setup 2 audio channels where selected sources could hear each other without others having to hear them? Kind of light a 2 channel intercom.

Yes just use separate audiobusses and a monitoring device like the 2 channels headphones amp Behringer HA8000 V2 for instance

I'm not really following you. All of the people are vmix callers. They only hear through their phone or computer. 6 of them are talent. 2 plus me are technical. I'm trying to figure out a way that the talent can talk to each other while tech talks separately between recording segments so we don't talk over each other. Thank you!

Sounds obvious to you but are we suppose to guess your context?

I figured it out. I disengaged the individual inputs from Master and assigned the 2 groups to different buses. Might have been obvious to you what you were saying but was supposed to guess how to "just use separate buses?" Thanks for the patience though.
