CPU - Cores vs Speed?

Hi everyone...
Sorry if this is a basic question, but I was hoping the hive mind might be able to help.
As a government contractor, we are very limited in the choices for approved computers. One of the workstations we can purchase meets most of the requirements, but I was wondering if vMix works better with more cores or faster cores in the CPU?
Here are the two choices we have: Xeon Silver 4214 - 12 cores @ 2.2GHz or Xeon W-2133 - 6 cores @ 3.6GHz
We really wouldn't be stressing the system that hard. Right now, we're considering the 4K version of vMix, and shows would look something like 3 or 4 vMixCalls, with graphics playback and video roll-ins. (Graphics and Video could be internal or could come from external sources.) But we also want to make sure we can grow into the computer system and not limit ourselves right out the door.
Any advice or thoughts that you could pass along would be appreciated!
Thanks very much, -Bill

@ BillM
In general, speed is preferred over cores.
