Any advice on a free or cheap platform to use for this purpose? The show in question is in October so I have some time to figure this out - just wondering if others have already done this, what they used, and any advice moving forward.

Auctria.com is pretty chaep, but you'll have to design the site yourself (Drag and drop). You can add an embed code in there for video, even chat.

It should have every feature you are looking for plus more.
