Hallo i have a Excel sheet with player names in a row

A1 Player 1
A2 Player 2
A3 Player 4
A4 Player 5

now i have a Vmix GT designe with the first 4 players

My plan at the beginning player 1 is selected and the Design shows player 1,2,3,4
On the next round player 2 is selected and the Design shows player 2,3,4,5

is this possible at the moment i find only the solution to give fix Row numerbs.
