Hello, i would like to know if anyone is successfully using a Dante Stagebox, like "8 in - 8 out", in order to have multiple remote I/O on a single network cable.
If so please share you brand device and configuration.

Hi, I use a Yamaha Tio1608 D 16 in 8 out. I believe there us a new version Tio1608 D2, but I am not sure what the difference is between the two. Although it is a Yamaha product and does have direct interface with some of their mixers, it can be used solely as a Dante interface. So far i have had no challenges in use. At around 1250.00, it is probably the most cost effective device on the market for Dante i/o

AFAIK version D2 should have sampling rate up to 96kHz, input to output delay less than 1.3 ms instead of 3ms for D version, and compatibility with different Yamaha digital consoles. Don't think this would change anything for vMix.

Are you using a dedicated lan for Dante or the same network port you use for other purposes?

Allen & Heath DT168 or Yamaha TIO... Check software to control units before.

But may be worth to wait for new announcements of dante AV products.

Dedicate Dante network.
