Hello we are trying the beta, and we find two problems:
1º if you set the output 1 to one fixed source, the fullscreen1 is set to output and cant change, if you change output 1 to output you can change fullscreen1 to any option.
2º in the list if only one video is actived, with loop and autonext, when finish put a black .5 second and restart, if have more videos actived usually not have this problem
we test in another pc with same result

Thanks for the report, however these are not related to vMix 27.
The first is by design, it is a requirement that the "Output" is assigned somewhere in vMix, either Fullscreen or Output 1.
Instead of assigning a fixed input to Output 1, you should assign that input to the output in vMix instead using the mixer.
The gap in the second is unavoidable due to how the List handles moving between multiple videos.
If you require only one video on loop, use a dedicated video input instead.
