I can connect to a meeting, and see all the participant info (EG, name, etc). I can even send/receive chat.

But now it seems that ALL audio and video in both directions has ceased. It was working in earlier versions.

I can confirm that Zoom itself and end points are working fine by having the participant join a meeting with native app on both sides.

had similar problem - martin admin helped and for testing he proposed to setup the meeting from another device using another or basic account in zoom. Additionally he recommended to switch to "recording mode" which seems to be more stable than the "streaming mode" In my case this showed, that the problem was on the zoom account side - and again not on the vmix side.

In recording mode.

I've tried it on two different accounts, same result.

I will attempt to test on a different system to see if it's the hardware (Lenovo Laptop with Intel GPU).

did you try from a complete different account or just another user-account in zoom? Mabey setup a basic zoom account and setup a simple meeting. If you want i could do it within the next 30min. and send you the zoom link.

Also check to make sure Cloud Recording is not enabled on the Zoom accounts, as that will prevent recording mode from working.

If all else fails, send a support report from in vMix and drop us an email.

On one account cloud recording is not enabled, the other it is. But it worked on both accounts before.

Upon further experimentation, rolling back to .41 worked. Then, upon reinstalling .47, also worked.

Must have been some DLL that was fried on the previous attempt for .47, and upon reinstalling it was corrected.

You can likely close this issue.
