Everything works fine besides i cant get audio from vmix to zoom anymore.
What i tried without success:

  • audio input when creating zoom input master/BusA/headphones
    recording/streaming
    logged in with and without Zoom account
    joined meeting/created meeting
    downgraded to vmix 26 and again installed vmix 27.0.0.47 - restartet machine
    double checked with other zoom client machines - no audio from vmix
    audio outputs in vmix are system default/system default/A enabled
    get messages and confirmed "allow streaming/recording on external zoom machine.
    get no messages and confirmation requests on vmix machine (no hidden windows behind vmix window)
    Zoom Manager in vmix says "green" 1280x720 32000Hz


Does Vmix to Zoom Audio works for you?
What does 32000Hz means?

Any idea how i can get audio back from vmix to zoom?

Please send a support report from vMix under Settings -> About and then drop us an email below:

https://www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspx

The report contains diagnostic information from Zoom which should help identify what the problem is.

problem solved: its all about zoom settings. Martin from vmix helped a lot to find this.
We used "Personal Meeting ID" to create a meeting, which worked everywhere but not with the vmix integration - picture yes but no audio.
A regular meeting using a new meeting id and Password worked. Audio from vmix into zoom - perfect.

Thanks for the update.

That is interesting, as in my own tests I was using a personal meeting id.
So my guess is there are some meeting settings for that meeting configured in the Zoom app that are different from the other meetings you have tried.

If you get a chance to check and compare the settings for the different meetings, that would be helpful in us avoiding this issue in the future.
