Are there any settings I can find to help keep a signal with connection to VCallers that are using phones?

We cannot seem to hold a connection with Android phones (using latest Chrome) more than 30-90 seconds.

Thanks

That's odd. Are these callers using WiFi calling on their end? How many bars of service do they have? Can you send them a lower bandwidth return feed? What's the speed of their internet connection? What's yours?

If you right-click the vMix call input, you have a couple options. One is to reduce the bandwidth of what's being sent to them. The second is to click the advanced settings, and reduce the bandwidth of the video they are sending to you. Lowering the bandwidth required in both directions should help with stability.
