Telestrator mostly unresponsive on remote PC. I can draw a line and it shows in the Telestrator on the remote PC, but Erase All does not erase on remote PC. Does erase in vMix. I can click the shortcut PlayPause in Telestrator on the remote PC and it does not show the Play or Pause on the remote PC. vMix PC shows to executed shortcut. Other shortcuts on Telestrator work on vMix PC but not remote PC. Is this a network issue? Only vMix PC, NDI/HX camera and remote PC are on the network.

Version 28.0.0.27 on Windows 10 Pro, i9-10900KF, 16GB RAM, 4070 ti (driver 566.36). Using a video clip assigned as Output 2 and Output 2 assigned as Telestrator source. Telestrator web controller running on Surface Pro 6 (WIFI). No other programs running on Surface except Chrome window with Telestrator. Three shortcuts for Telestrator - Cut, Play/Pause (video input), and Restart (video input). Telestrator Latency set to Normal. Telestrator color set to Red.

Seems to work okay with my iPhone.

I reduced the Video Quality (on Web Controller Settings window) from 2mbps to 1mbps. Noticeable reduction in resolution of the image sent to the Surface (of course) and it seemed to help for a moment or two. But then it appears that a buffer filled up and then froze the image on the Surface.

Shortcuts on the Telestrator window on the Surface worked in vMix but did not appear on the Surface screen (cut, stop/start, restart).

All vMix related activities continued with no issues. The only issue is with the Chrome browser on my Surface.

What else can I test?

Thanks for your input and new version 28.0.0.31. I updated to the new version just now.

But about three hours ago I updated the BIOS and drivers on my Surface Pro 6. (It's End of Life but BIOS and drivers from 2023 are available). As a habit I force my Windows updates frequently but the package I downloaded and installed must have included some I didn't have.

So, I made two changes at once.

Version 28.0.0.31 worked with my updated Surface at 1mbps. 2mbps had some delays but the Telestrator video would catchup when I paused the video source on the PC Using a Telestrator shortcut. I love those shortcuts!

Since I wasn't sure which change actually worked for me, I reinstalled 28.0.0.27 and tested it with the same preset. I got the same positive result as I did with 28.0.0.31. So the problem was with my hardware.
