My Output to Zoom is background blured , I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin , but doesn't change anything.
When I installed the plugin for the very first time , in my zoom configuration , the blur background was activated, maybe the plugin took this setting and has stored it in a config file.

Thank you very much.

I've solved it uninstalling the plugin ,deleting the ZoomSDK folder in Appdata\Roaming folder and reinstalling again.

I ran into the same issue. Thanks for the post for help.

Is it possible to block this setting from being enabled when installing the plugin? I don't think a blurred background on the vMix return feed would be necessary. Or could it be an option in Zoom Manager if someone absolutely needs it?
