Not sure if it is possible, but it would be very helpful on our end if video delay could be used on Zoom inputs (presently grayed out).

Due to the nature of our setup (radio program), our Program audio is actually fed from our main studio audio console (all talent mics, callers, etc). For Zoom in this setup, we route Zoom audio out of vMix on its own bus and create mix-minuses in our audio studio, etc. So the main Program audio fed into vMix is a full-mix (including talent, Zoom, etc.). But with the inherent roundtrip latency (output of Zoom audio out of vMix, to Wheatnet audio, then input back into vMix as Program audio), the Zoom video is approximately 6 frames ahead of audio.

If a video delay on zoom inputs is out of the question, I have brainstormed a possible workaround I can try out...it would just require quite a bit of reconfiguring on our end.
