I use an Intel Arc A750 GPU. when inserting a media source video I get a black screen but the sound is normal on vmix 27.

It looks like recent drivers for the Intel Arc are not playing nice with FFMPEG decoding in vMix Beta. For now, try installing the previous driver.
EDIT: Previous advice to change the decoders is not recommended and will cause other issues, rolling back the driver is the best approach.

Hi guys how is intel arc a750 working with vMIX I'm in to buying a new GPU and Intel is very appealing because of their encoders decoders, can you please share your experience with it in vMIX, is hardware encoder reliable and good quality AV1, HEVC? What about other software. Or should I just go NVIDIA.
