I think it was a lucky guess or something like "what it's gonna be when we move this slider" ;) I remember I started with trying chroma key and then... it worked different way ;)

My guess is the biggest issue is locating the camera to get a good view of the clock.

True, but to be honest, it was harder to make sure my clock camera will not move a single millimeter. Finally, the club let me mount a small bracket - then I could fix my clock camera with a clamp and magic arm :)

Not sure on the 'latency' of the GraphicsOutfitters products, they claim to be within 1/10 of a second for "no discernible margin of error" but I have no actual experience with it.

I was interested in it some time ago and watched an HD video (can't find it now) where the latency was almost one second. But now I see almost 0,2s here www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EnD7EAAPoo

One more example of "my" vMix way of scoreboard, this time with official FIBA Europe graphics (we did all Wisła home Euroleague games for FIBA Europe: 2 cameras, 2 comentators, instant replays)

Nice, how do you operate with yellow and red lights for personal fouls?

I did six png graphics representing from 0 to 5 fouls.
At first I changed the graphic with vMix XAML properties window.
Then I made a website with javascript (similar to vMix web interface) with 6 links x 2 teams, using vMix SetImage function.
