Hello. Very interesting new multiview feature. One of the expected features from 2012 onwards.

I have a question. Can you add support for a multiview to view 16 inputs? A more legacy variant but with 16 inputs. I know vmix have a 16 inputs multiview, but one without title location and audio metters shoud be very usefull for everyone. For me this type will be usefull because we will see better the external feeds coming to us from outside without seeing the audio metters and title location.

Thank you.

Aren't you just describing a generic Multiview?

Especially with the layer designer introduced in vMix 27, which allows for custom pixel specific layer sizing, and the new layer flattening feature will allow you to go beyond 10 without running into issues or requiring Mix inputs, this seems simple enough as a basic DIY without needing to reconfigure the "Legacy" option.

I mean, in all honesty, is there anyone who needs a 16 input Multiview without audio meters or the other information that's only in the standard Multiview that hasn't already just created their own?

If you want more than 10 layers on an input so you don't have to combine multiples, that'd be far more versatile, and also best suited for the Feature Requests section.

We have the opposite problem - I'd love to be able to *add* audio meters to a layer so that I could design a nice layout with client logo, clock, and my four vMixCallers and be able to check their audio is still coming through.

Same.

But that's, again, for Feature Requests.

Hi,

A reminder that this forum is not for feature requests, as we are not accepting new features for vMix 28 (other than small tweaks).

Regards,
