Hi!

I have my build up and running, now I'm seeing things up. Trying to use the output function on the Blackmagic Quad 2 Duo to get an SD signal to some legacy equipment, hitting a wall. Searching hasn't provided an answer.

I have tried many settings in the external renderer, and I have the channels set to shatter in the Quad's setup tool. But I can't figure out which combinations of settings will work.

Any help?

What setting is vMix running on and what do you try to output?
Normally, when the framerate matches, the set resolution is no problem.

My system is running 1080i59.94.

I go into the settings on external, and have tried numerous different settings for 59.94:

1080
720x480
854x480

Then, in the Blackmagic video device software, I think I've tried all the combinations, from converting HD to SD, to not doing that. But maybe I missed one.

I've selected the SDI output on the BM from within vmix, and I'm using port 8.
