April 2018 MS update causes me to not be able to start vmix

my computer did the april 2018 MS update, and now wont load vmix. I tried the knowledge base fix, but when I ran it said not applicable to my computer. Need help, or may just try to restore before update but computer is still prompting me to update. https://www.vmix.com/kno...dows-10-update-kb4013429

You are not giving us enough information, but I am going to guess that you have a laptop with "optimus".
If you upgrade to version 21 you will be fine.

It's a laptop with Nvidia, enable Optimus graphics in performance is unchecked

I tried 21 last weekend and was having issues with maxing out cpu, so went back to 20 till I have time to test more.
