It will allow the use of smartphone cameras as inputs as there are apps available on all leading mobile operating systems to stream the phone camera as an MJPEG stream over HTTP. The support for camera RTSP streams is minimal or absent in mobile platforms. Further, a lot of IP cameras also support HTTP streaming. Please try to include support for this feature in the next release.
