Hi,

Having trouble with the external output in vMix and can't get the outputs to an external source working using the Blackmagic Quad (the original Quad).

Card: Blackmagic Quad (with the latest drivers installed)
vMix version: 20.0.0.55 (Pro Version)
Outputting 720 50p

I have attached screen shots to show you the settings I have tried in vMix.

Is there any specific setup required in the Blackmagic software (Desktop Video Setup) that need to be configured first?

I also have a Blackmagic Duo in my PC and the external output works fine in vMix.

Any help or advice would be appreciated

Did you try setting the output options in Blackmagic Desktop Video app (selecting the channel for Output and the resolution)
FYI I dont have issue with the Duo2 either after choosing switch channel for Output.

Are you using port 4 anywhere else as an input in vMix?
Note that the original quad is 4 channel only, which means only 4 inputs can be used or 3 inputs and 1 output.
